In IB, you have to mandatorily choose subjects from diverse pools of subjects. Cannot choose specializations in one particular area like all sciences

If you visit the IB organization’s website, the only Pakistani IB school listed yet is The International School, Karachi which was launched 1996.
In Lahore, the following schools are planning the IB program
